We dispense NHS prescriptions and will give advice on how to get the most benefit from your medicines. We keep a comprehensive stock of medicines and use a fast and an efficient wholesaler service to enable us to fill all prescriptions promptly. For us to dispense your prescriptions contact us via telephone, fax, email or post it directly to our address. Please make sure to give your contact details to enable us to deliver your medication or report of any issues.
We offer EPS, so this means we are able to receive electronic prescriptions that have been sent to us by the GP surgeries. This service helps to get your medications quickly with added convenience for you. After we receive your prescription from the doctors we can immediately dispense and deliver the medication to you. This can only happen if you nominate Future care pharmacy as your chosen pharmacy to dispense and deliver your prescription. If you wish to nominate a pharmacy of your choice, please speak to your GP or our Pharmacist and we will ensure to help you.
This is an opportunity for our pharmacist to discuss and review the medicines you are taking to ensure you are using them correctly and getting the maximum benefit. We will explain clearly and simply, without any medical jargon, what they are for and the conditions they treat and identify any possible side effects that you may be experiencing. We will listen to you and any problems you are having with your medicines, provide advice and support and if necessary contact your Doctor to discuss any issues that arise from our conversation.
